Academician Yang Zibin, general consultant

He is a professor of the school of basic medicine of Peking Union Medical University, doctoral supervisor, chairman of the medical device Expert Committee of the State Administration of medicine, member of the evaluation committee of the national science and Technology Progress Award and Invention Award, deputy editor in chief of the Chinese Journal of Biomedical Engineering (English Edition), and an academician of the International Academy of medical and biological engineering. He has graduated from University of medicine and electronic engineering. He has been engaged in Biomedical Engineering Research for a long time, and has undertaken many national scientific research tasks. He has published more than 70 papers, written three books, won five science and technology awards and four patents. He has been engaged in teaching for a long time and cultivated a large number of talents. He was elected chairman of the 2nd Asia Pacific BME academic conference in 1991 and member of IFMBE executive board Standing Committee in 1994. He is not only a famous scientist in Chinese biomedical field, but also has great influence in the world.
